Upcoming Programs

HCP&R and the Hampshire High School Volleyball Program are offering an introductory volleyball clinic for all girls in grades 3 through 5 during the fall season. The clinic will introduce players to different aspects of the game under the direction of HHS Head Coach Megan Fuller and the HHS volleyball players. The program is limited to 20 participants selected on a first-come-first-served basis. Each participant will be paired with a member of the HHS team who will guide her through the fundamental skills of the game, concentrating on passing, setting, serving, and hitting. Participants will also play some introductory games with an emphasis on court movement, communication, and aggressiveness. Dates and times for the clinic are as follows: August 15-5:45 to 6:45; August 22-5:45 to 6:45; August 29-5:45 to 6:45; September 6- Introduction at HHS match; September 7-5:45 to 6:45; September 12-5:45 to 6:45. The cost for the clinic is $50. Each participant will receive a clinic tee shirt and will be introduced with her partner before the September 6 HHS match.
